A solutions architect specialising in employee experiences on the ServiceNow platform. I'm a tech lead to clients and manage dev and test teams day to day. Alongside that, I bring opportunities to new customers, respond to RFPs and proof of concept my way into new engagements and enduring relationships.

Moved from a platform configuration person into Workshop lead, then solutions consultant. Eventually found my calling in pre-sales, Whipping up demos and prototypes to ignite interest, then bringing in the dev and test pros.
BSc in Computer Science
1st class honours. Learnt to appreciate the SDLC, computing capabilities, tried my hand coding Java and C++ but wasn't very good.

When I'm not at the desk or in front of a customer (in a random office in the middle of nowhere), I'm usually rabbit holing a random topic on youtube, spinning my DJ Deck poorly, thinking about the next app I build which I never publish, looking at unique bits and bobs in stores around the city or perusing a museum / gallery somewhere.
